Built on a 33,000 m² site, this comprehensive project provides modern social spaces for employees and guests.

As Kacaroğlu İnşaat, we successfully completed the Çayağzı Social Facilities project in Aliağa, İzmir, for Petkim—one of Turkey's leading industrial enterprises—in the remarkably short span of four and a half months.

The project encompassed a wide range of structural elements—from rest and recreation areas to social event venues, and from indoor and outdoor facilities to landscaping—all constructed in line with a contemporary architectural vision and high engineering standards. Reflecting Kacaroğlu İnşaat’s approach of combining quality, aesthetics, and functionality, every detail of the project was executed with meticulous care.
